Content Summary: |
He does not desire to delay their union. He is anxious to be with her and the child. His present life has no attraction. It will however be better for them to wait a fortnight. Her mother resigns on 25th and it will be better not to wound her needlessly. He must be away a great deal for some days attending to various unsettled non-monetary business best settled first. He hopes their lives will be very different from what they were, and can best tell her what he means as he has no time to write. They need not think of her father who has been so very thoughtless. They must understand one another. |
